The Course (5k - 3.1 miles)

Starting at the Sandy Beach parking lot, runners will go left on Mystic Valley Pkwy and proceed until it ends near the Wedgemere train station, where they will turn right onto Bacon Street.

From there they will go under the tracks and up the hill to Grove Street, where they will turn right and proceed all the way into West Medford.

In West Medford they will turn right on Saltonstall Road and head back to Mystic Valley Pkwy for another right turn.

The finish line will be close to the starting line in the parking lot at Sandy Beach.
